蜜韻蘭香は鳳凰単叢のもつ基本の品種です。
潮州の街中でも最も多く飲まれ、手頃な価格で手に入るお茶もあります。

大庵村の老欉蜜蘭香は、バランスがよく、蜜韵が際立ち、
一般的な茶に感じられるような雑味はありません。
茶葉の質は安定し、持久力があります。
樹齢は約50年です。

一煎目は高い香りが引き出され、三煎目はお茶の味が優位に引き出されます。小さめの茶壺を使って淹れると、よりお茶の質感を感じやすくなります。


【美味しい淹れ方の目安】


■ 茶器：１１０mlくらいの茶壺（小さな急須）・蓋碗

■ 茶葉の量：4ｇ

■ 水：TDS値の低い天然水
　
水道水を使用する場合は濾過し

直火で湯を沸かす事をお薦めします
■１煎目：沸騰した湯を注ぎ、8秒で抽出

　２煎目：沸騰した湯を注ぎ、８秒で抽出

　３煎目：沸騰した湯を注ぎ、１０秒で抽出

　４煎目以降：お好みで時間を調節してください
