烏崬山・李仔坪村で作られた2025年春摘みの八仙老叢です。

長い年月を重ねた古茶樹が高山の岩肌に深く根を張り、老叢ならではの落ち着いた木質香と奥行きのある味わいを生み出しています。李仔坪は標高1,100mを超える烏崬山の核心産地として知られ、多くの古茶樹が残る地域です。老叢茶に見られる独特の木質感や深みのある風味は、長い樹齢によって育まれる特徴のひとつとされています。

乾燥茶葉は黒褐色で艶があり、しっかりと締まった条索。湯を注ぐと八仙特有の上品な芝蘭香が立ち上がり、茶湯は黄金色でなめらかです。口当たりはやわらかく甘みがあり、飲んだ後には力強く長い余韻が広がります。

特に三煎目から四煎目にかけては、華やかな花香の奥から老叢特有の木質的な風味がはっきりと現れ、高山茶らしい清らかな山の気配と重なり合います。春茶ならではの充実した滋味と優れた耐泡性を備え、香り、余韻、茶湯が一体となって長く続く、李仔坪らしい老叢単叢です。
